Great shop.. hands down one of my best experiences I've had. I was referred here, and man was I lucky to have been. Awesome people and very knowledgeable. Will be going back with more vehicles and referring others here as well. Call ahead and make sure they can get you in, and if you need to wait a day or two, I'd wait.. it's worth the wait. Will be going back for all my random tasks they can help me with. A+ and thank you for all the help!!

I came here with a 69 Volvo after replacing Everything! with factory reproduction parts myself but the idler arm. Was told alignment wouldn't be right without it came a week later after putting it in myself. They did a fine job on a car not easy to align. However their were two problems they did not take responsibility for. First they for some reasons unexplained to me left my ignition key on with the brakes engaged for at least an hour witch fried my ignition points. One thing lead to another. The car ran bad.I had to limp it home after a car show. I had owned the car for nine months. Did a compression test. Two cylinders had no compression. I'm not blaming that on them. I did a valve job, new head gasket. Car was back on the road. I told them there was a tightness in the steering. When returning the wheel to center. They tried to say that my ball joints could be bad. Which is ridiculous, because if they were, they would have said something.During the alignment. It ended up being a restriction from a fuel hose that was sticking up. I put the fuel hose back where it belongs. And there's no problem. Called multiple shops before calling this one. ALL of the other shops that I called treated me as if they didn't even want me my business- no respect, no standard of manners. I felt like some desperate guy trying to get a simple job done at their approval, made me relectant to even visit them. You can tell they didnt even want to answer the phone. I called one last shop on Google which was Dave's wheel alignment. Nicest lady ever answered the phone with the complete opposite demeanor than the previous shops, very polite and respectful. She set me up with the alignment for my recently lifted Toyota last year. They did an excellent job, steering wheel straight and tires sit evenly just as requested. I've referred multiple people here since then and they received the same level of service and performance. Definitely going back!

Wow! They were evaluating our car soon after I arrived. I was informed of the status of the alignment during, and after the whole procedure. I needed a part to repair the right rear camber. They luckily had one in stock, and they didn't rip me off for the cost. Every single one of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I am so really excited that I have found Dave's Alignment. Peggy is such a sweetheart to converse with. She, and the whole crew are just fantastic.

The crew at Dave’s wheel and alignment is the real effing deal. From Peggy up at the desk (she KNOWS her sh!t) to the mechanics in the back. I came in with a 1ton dually w/ 19.5”s and 33” tires and they welcomed me with open arms. Other shops in riverside wouldn’t touch my rig. The thing that really struck a cord with me was their openness and honesty. The mechanics invited me under the truck (20 mins. After pulling in w/ no appointment) and showed me what was going on/needed attention. Peggy gave me a typed out bid that same morning and then was willing to work w/ me on options and prices. 48hrs later my dually was done. New steering box, pitman, stabilizer, control arm, bushings & a complete alignment. I am sold. I will be taking all my business to Dave’s from now on.
